Donald M. Schindler, age 81, of Broadview Heights passed away on July 1, 2024. Beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee HAPPY) of 54 years, loving father of Michael David, Steven Donald, Susan Roseann (Scott) Johnson, cherished grandfather of Alec, Andrew and Austin, dearest brother of Carole (Ron deceased) Wengatz, adored uncle of nieces Sherry, Vicki, Lori and Judy.
He was born in Cleveland on December 18, 1942 to the late Ann (nee Brenner) and Martin Schindler. Don attended John Marshall High School. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University and received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Business.
While working at Eaton Corporation, his army reserve unit was called up. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. When he returned home, he continued to work at Eaton as an accountant for 33 years.
