He is survived by his former wife, Mary (Stetler) Cull and their children, William III, Harris, Eleanor and Francis, his parents William and Anne, siblings Dan (Marcia) Cull, Brian (Kerem) Cull, and Michelle (Cull) Lease (Peter) along with seven nieces and nephews.Bill grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. He studied political science at the University of Cincinnati and joined the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Bill graduated from John Carroll University in 1993. After college, Bill pursued his love of politics by working on Capitol Hill. He went on to have a successful 20-year career in public-sector software sales.
